Short description of the project
The purpose of this project is to enable Lentismed to internationalise, expand and develop its business in EU markets where it is not yet present, increasing Lentismed’s competitiveness in the Croatian and EU markets. With the realisation of this project, in addition to the presentation of the company and its products at international fairs, Lentismed will establish contacts and increase the base of business partners for certain EU markets, thus increasing the sales of its products, but it will also get a better insight into the market situation on specific local markets. This will make it possible to achieve two long-term objectives: (1) positioning Lentismed among the ten leading companies/manufacturers on the EU market and (2) setting up a production facility in Croatia.
Main objective of the project
Strengthening European competitiveness and achieving international recognition for Lentismed and Lentismed’s products by participating in international fairs. This goal directly contributes to the realisation of the goal of the call, which is to strengthen the international competitiveness of SMEs by facilitating the presentation of their products/services to the international business community abroad and introducing products to a new, foreign market, thus increasing the opportunities of business cooperation with foreign partners.
